2. Keylux will negotiate on your behalf the estate agents fees. 

3. Keylux will oversee all marketing materials to make sure they meet our high standards. 

4. Keylux will negotiate with the agent any offers received to get the best rental price for you. 

5. Keylux will oversee the whole process until the property is let and the tenant has moved in successfully. 

 

• Educational and school advice - helping families with educational and school advice. Keylux has extensive knowledge of the school system and individual schools (independent day or boarding or state schools)  in London and the Home Counties. We would be happy to provide independent advice to families as part of the buying and selling process. Education is often the deciding factor when buying a family home.
