Acting as a buying agent Keylux is focused in finding the property which is best matched to your needs and requirements. It is also focussed on securing the property at the best possible price in the most time efficient manner whilst maintaining client privacy and discretion. This underpins the ethos of our acquisition service.
Initial consultation – understanding your exact needs and requirements in great depth is the first step in this journey together. This is the most important step to ensure your dream home or property investment is realised.
Property Search – Keylux will do all the time-consuming research using specialised databases (not available to the general public) and their own due diligence to provide you with a short list of properties that meet your requirements. Using Keylux’s network of contacts, these often include off-market properties that cannot be found online.
Short listed properties – Keylux will then arrange viewings of the short-listed properties either in person or through a video call at a time convenient for you.
Negotiations – once a suitable property is identified, Keylux will oversee all the negotiations on your behalf and secure the property at the best possible price. As your buying agent, Keylux works for you and not the vendor.
The purchase transaction – once an offer is accepted, Keylux will deal with the whole purchase process on your behalf so that you can sit back and wait for completion knowing your property transaction is in safe hands.
Post completion – Keylux is happy to manage and fulfil any post completion requirements- whether that’s helping make the moving in process as seamless as possible, managing a renovation project or finding a suitable tenant.
